Jack Frost is a man with a murky past. While blessed with incredible mental and physical toughness, he is cursed with a conscience and a fierce loyalty to friends. J.T. Ripper, Frost's alcoholic Doberman, has no such problem. Ripper was born pissed. The two find themselves fighting for their lives in Las Vegas when Frost's best friend, a "semi-retired" Syndicate boss, asks for help. All hell breaks loose.
